About Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property (IP) is an intangible asset, which is the result of a process of human thinking. Summaries of the more or less original ideas, suggestions, guidelines and solutions how to change or alter surrounding or inner world of man can be included there. Intellectual property rights, however, may be just what are unique, novel and original enough.

The value of intellectual property depends on the extent of its subsequent usefulness and benefit to the individual and society and the ability to induce production of other products (both tangible and intangible).
